Provide a warm, loving, and supportive family-like atmosphere where each child is motivated to become all God designed him/her to be. Through this mixed age supportive environment, children are allowed to be leaders and learn to grow and work together in a community.
Support the family in their child's educational journey by continuing to build a strong foundation of the whole child - intellectual, social, physical, emotional, and spiritual through a carefully prepared Christian Montessori learning environment. This environment does not take away from the parent's influence or nurturing, but strengthens and furthers the child's growth and spiritual development. Children are encouraged to help each other and learn from one another under the gentle guidance of the Montessori teacher.
Develop a Montessori leadership team where each trained teacher is responsible to role model servant leadership. Leaders are required to observe and guide the activities and interests of each child. Rather than pour into the child the teacher’s idea of what the child needs, the teacher observes and guides the child as s/he progresses through the carefully planned learning environment. The teacher allows the child the freedom to follow his/her own interests, progressing at his/her own pace, while given materials which develop the skills that are needed in the world. As each teacher -guide draws on this method of teaching, esteeming the uniqueness of each child, the child willgrow in wisdom and knowledge and excel in thinking and problem-solving skills.
Mission:
Provide a high quality affordable Christian Montessori education for children from 2 ½ years through 6 years. Then, adding elementary, junior high, and high school to fulfill the need to build upon this foundation. Develop leaders who will make a positive influence wherever they go.
Support the family by demonstrating a model of education and a model of learning experiences that builds a community of believers who work together and bear much fruit;

Respectful, responsible, and resourceful
Intellectually, socially, emotionally, spiritually, and physicalyxable to reach their full potential.
Adept at essential social and life skills
